Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics Segments Status
You can easily see the status of third party segments by the icons next to them. A blue icon next to a Segment shows that data has been successfully imported, and you can hover over this icon to see the date of the last successful import. A red icon indicates that there has been an error when processing the data, and you can hover over this icon to see the error message.
Retrying Adobe Segment Requests
If the requests to get data from Adobe Analytics have failed for any reason, you can set these to retry. Simply click the red icon next to the relevant Segment which will provide you with the status of the requests, and you can click the Retry icon under Actions such as in the image below. This will retry the request for the date specified which will look for the previous 24 hours worth of data.
New Adobe Segment Requests
When new Adobe Analytics segments are added to Decibel Insight, the segment requests will be made for the previous 24 hours worth of data. If you have had the integration enabled before this, you can request the data for these segments from a previous date. Simply click New Request such as in the image below, select your date range and then click Create.
