JavaScript Error Reporting

Our JavaScript error reporting allows you to see how many JavaScript errors your website has received over a particular time period. You can access this by going to Reports > JavaScript Errors from the left hand menu.

The JavaScript errors dashboard shows you the number of errors that your website has received over the given time period, along with the number of page views that contained errors, and the error rate percentage, while the green/red arrows can be hovered over to show a comparison compared to a previous time period.

You can see which errors are most common on your site by clicking the blue arrow next to JavaScript Errors, along with which Operating System & Browser combination is the worst performing by clicking the blue arrow next to Operating Systems & Browsers. This will display up to 50 of the worst performing combinations, and you can change the order that these are displayed in by clicking the relevant arrow alongside each row heading. You can then click the blue arrow next to the relevant combination to see what errors were occurring, and on what lines and columns these took place, before clicking the blue arrow next to the relevant error to see the Sessions where these errors occurred, and you can play the Session Replays of these by clicking the play icon. You can also see which Pages are the worst performing by clicking the blue arrow next to Pages. Again, this will display up to 50 of the worst performing pages, and you can dive down to what these errors were by clicking the blue arrow next to a particular page, along with the relevant Session Replays.

You can download the data of these reports at any time as a CSV or JSON file. More information can be found in Exporting Error Reports.
