Oracle Maxymiser

Decibel Insight has a very simple Oracle Maxymiser integration that will be able to identify pages with Oracle Maxymiser experiences and then pull these into the app.

Enabling the Oracle Maxymiser Integration

To enable this option, simply navigate to Settings > Integrations > Split Testing > Oracle Maxymiser and tick the Oracle Maxymiser Enabled checkbox, before clicking Save. You will then need to contact your Oracle Maxymiser account manager to finalise the integration, before Decibel Insight will begin to collect Oracle Maxymiser experiences on pages where both Oracle Maxymiser and Decibel Insight are present.

Please note: The Oracle Maxymiser integration does not work retroactively as it requires us to collect and aggregate the experiences each time the script is fired.

Using Oracle Maxymiser Experiences

Upon collecting Oracle Maxymiser experiences, you can begin to use these by creating Segments based on them.

When creating a segment, in Segment Filters, click on the Integrations tab and navigate to Oracle Maxymiser Experience and use the text box to search for an experience, such as in the image below.

Upon creating the segment, you can begin to filter Sessions, Heatmaps, Forms and other features in Decibel Insight based on those users who have viewed that particular experience.
